HomeAway has sent an email detailing their plans to implement an end-to-end guest messaging platform to permanently hide guest content information, even after the booking has been made.

The implications are that not only are HomeAway limiting the manager’s ability to provide an authentic guest experience, they are taking over their ability to re-target guests in the future (repeat bookings).

They are not our customers anymore, they are HomeAways.
